I know how overwhelming it can feel to want to take care of your health while juggling a full, demanding life — because I’ve lived it.
I’m a Registered Nurse, Functional Nutritionist, and Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) candidate with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and over 16 years of combined experience in the medical and wellness fields. Much of my nursing career was spent working night shift, where long hours, disrupted sleep, stress, and irregular meals were just part of the job. I understand what it’s like to feel exhausted, busy, and stretched thin — and still want to feel better in your body.
For a long time, I didn’t feel well myself. I was tired all the time, bloated, constipated, and my anxiety felt unmanageable. I was doing “all the right things,” yet something still felt off. It wasn’t until I worked with a functional medicine practitioner that I realized how much my gut health, stress, and daily rhythms were affecting how I felt. Through personalized nutrition and targeted support, I was finally able to heal my gut and feel like myself again.
That experience changed everything for me.
I created Realized Nutrition to be a space where people receive thoughtful, evidence‑based nutrition support that actually fits their real lives — not rigid rules or one‑size‑fits‑all plans. Through my personal experiences, I’ve learned firsthand how to prep nourishing meals efficiently, support energy and digestion, and care for your health without it becoming another full‑time job.
My approach is practical, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that nutrition should support your life — not control it. My goal is to help you feel more connected to your body, more confident in how you nourish it, and reassured that you don’t have to do everything perfectly to feel better.
You don’t need more pressure or perfection. You need support that meets you where you are — and that’s exactly what I aim to provide.
