What is functional nutrition?
Functional nutrition is a personalized, root-cause approach to health. Instead of just managing symptoms, it looks at how different systems in your body are connected — including digestion, hormones, stress, sleep, and nutrition.
The goal is to understand why symptoms are happening and support your body with sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes that fit your real life — not restrictive diets or quick fixes.
What conditions do you work with?
I primarily support individuals dealing with digestive and hormone-related concerns, including:
bloating
constipation or irregular digestion
IBS
low energy or fatigue
hormone imbalances
I also work with those who feel like something is “off” in their body but haven’t found clear answers yet.
My approach is individualized, so we focus on your unique symptoms, history, and goals to create a plan that feels realistic and sustainable.
